  • Do you deliver to my area?

    If you live in the UK, then YES! But some areas have a slightly longer delivery time such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands of Scotland and the Scilly Isles for example.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If you place an order before 1pm, we aim to dispatch your it the same day, if not, it will be dispatched the following business day. Once dispatched, orders will take 24-48 hours to reach you, unless you live in remote areas of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands of Scotland and the Scilly Isles.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

    Ideally yes, but if nobody is home, Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know they have failed to deliver with instructions on how to rearrange, or the address of the local depot to collect it from. 

  • Are shipping charges included?

    Yes, so all you need to decide is what crisps to buy!

  • I have changed my mind – can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel the order at any time up to 14 days after your order is delivered to you (provided you haven’t opened the individual packaging).  To do this please contact us by email at kettleshop@valeosnackfoods.com. If your order has already been dispatched, then you will need to either refuse or return the goods. If you have already received the goods and change your mind you will be responsible for postage costs to return.

  • What if there is a problem with my order?

    If your order is incomplete or defective please email us at kettleshop@valeosnackfoods.com and we will make arrangements with you to refund or exchange the affected products without charge and we will refund your postage costs for sending them back to us.

  • What happens once I’ve placed an order?

    You will receive a confirmation email straight after you have placed your order to confirm that we have accepted your order, and then another email once it has been dispatched. Then sit back and wait for a box of deliciousness to arrive at your door.

  • How do I use a discount code?

    Lucky you! At the payment section of the checkout you can enter it in the discount code box to receive your promotion.

  • Do any of your products contain nuts or sesame seeds?

    None of the KETTLE® Chips range contains nuts or sesame seeds and we do not handle these in our factory.

  • How do I know your snacks are suitable for my dietary requirements?

    You can find dietary information for all our chips on this site. Plus, each bag of KETTLE® Chips clearly states whether they are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, coeliac and kosher diets, as well as providing any allergy advice – you’ll find all the information on the back of packs, just below the ingredients list.

  • Are you going to bring back any old seasonings?

    You never know! Any returning seasonings will appear in the Shop Our Chips section, which shows all our currently available seasonings.

  • Why is there air in my pack?

    To ensure that KETTLE® Chips reach you in good condition, we use air to cushion the product in transit. This doesn’t mean you’re getting any less chips – the weight displayed on the packet refers only to the weight of actual potato chips in the bag.
